Job Summary

This Electrical Design Engineer role, based in Solingen, involves creating detailed electrical documentation for industrial projects, focusing heavily on control cabinet construction and assembly. Day-to-day tasks include generating circuit diagrams, layout plans, and parts lists using EPLAN P8, preparing technical documents for manufacturing and installation, and managing technical documentation for orders. The role also requires coordinating and supervising electrical assembly projects, both internally and on-site, ensuring supplier performance meets contractual agreements, and working closely with overall project management and clients according to customer specifications and applicable standards. Ideal candidates possess a degree or technician/master qualification in electrical or control engineering, professional experience in technical plant construction (preferably intralogistics project management), and proficiency with EPLAN (version 2.9 or 202x) and various E-construction tools.
