Job Summary

This role as an Audiovisual Technician involves ensuring the smooth operation of media and communication systems for a leading IT services company specializing in IT transformation and long-term client partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include the preparation and execution of small conferences, requiring the transport and connection of mobile MTR meeting boards and the operation of pre-configured scenes on audio and video mixers. The technician will also be responsible for managing the event technology inventory and providing essential IT support, such as setting up office workstations (peripherals, docking stations) and assisting with the installation of video conferencing systems in meeting rooms. Candidates must possess professional experience in media technology, event technology, or IT support, coupled with a strong technical understanding of A/V hardware and IT systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams is essential, along with fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills. The position offers a permanent contract within a respected company focused on operational excellence and compliance.
