Job Summary

This role requires an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to act as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to analyze finance process requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions. Key responsibilities include leading SAP FI/CO Fit-Gap workshops, creating detailed functional documentation, and providing process guidance to development teams. The consultant will be critical in proposing and implementing standard-based, innovative SAP solutions that drive efficiency, conducting unit and integration testing (UAT), and supporting S/4HANA migration and local change management initiatives. Success requires proven expertise in SAP FI/CO, including at least one full lifecycle implementation, deep configuration knowledge across FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR, CO-PA, etc.), and a solid understanding of integration with other SAP modules like SD and MM.
