Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to Germany's energy transition within the Federal Construction Department in Hamburg. The successful candidate will manage strategic, complex, and cross-system large-scale projects focused on Technical Building Equipment (TGA/MEP) across demanding properties, often involving high infrastructural complexity. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating complex technical measures, commissioning and expertly supervising external planning and engineering offices, and ensuring rigorous quality assurance of their work. A key focus is advising clients on energy efficiency, the use of renewable energies, and ensuring critical infrastructure, such as secure drinking water and efficient heat supply, is protected against potential failure scenarios. This position requires a Master's degree in Supply Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and fluent German language skills, along with the willingness to undergo a security clearance.

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Engineering (Building Services Engineering), Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in coordinating complex, cross-system technical projects
