This is a versatile, full-time role, initially fixed for one year, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to both the Executive Management and the Head of Sales. The assistant acts as a central interface, coordinating customer appointments, meetings, and business travel, while actively contributing to the daily operations of the sales team. Key duties include managing confidential correspondence, structuring documentation, preparing presentations and decision templates, and supporting contract and customer processes. The ideal candidate possesses completed commercial training, strong organizational skills, a high degree of technical understanding regarding digital workflows, and several years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive or software sector. This position offers a dynamic environment within a pioneering company focused on digital solutions for the automotive trade.
