Join the Lufthansa Group as a Cyber Security Analyst, focusing on protecting the websites and applications of the LH Group's large eCommerce platforms. Your daily routine involves participating in team calls to discuss current challenges, attacks, and changes affecting the platforms, prioritizing tasks, and skillfully analyzing and mitigating security incidents as they occur. A key part of the role is collaborating in IT Operations calls to enhance security configurations, ensuring the defense mechanisms are robust and ahead of potential threats. This position requires deep expertise in web security, including extensive knowledge of web technologies across all OSI layers, proficiency in protocols like DNS, HTTP, and TLS, and practical experience with WAFs, CDNs (e.g., Akamai, Cloudflare), and botnet defense. Success in this role means contributing daily to the enhanced security of one of Europe's leading aviation groups.
