Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Assistant in Quality Control within a research-focused pharmaceutical company based in Biberach. The core responsibilities center on preparing, executing, and analyzing complex microbiological assays under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) conditions, always maintaining aseptic techniques. The assistant will also handle specialized tasks such as troubleshooting, supporting analytical operations, and aiding in experimental and method diagnosis. Key requirements include a completed scientific education, such as a Biologist or Chemist Laboratory Technician, or equivalent qualifications like BTA, MTA, CTA, or PTA, coupled with several years of professional experience, particularly in a microbiological environment. The position requires strong teamwork, communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the willingness to work flexible hours, including early, late, and occasional weekend shifts, and participate in on-call duty.
