Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Facility Manager in Dresden, taking technical responsibility for a designated property and ensuring all contractual maintenance obligations are met. Key daily tasks involve comprehensive reporting, budget management and control for services rendered, and the meticulous planning, organization, and execution of repair and maintenance work on building services systems. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating external contractors to ensure the technical operational readiness of the facility. Candidates should possess a technical or trade qualification (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar), proven experience with building inspections, and strong quality and cost awareness.
