Job Summary

This full-time role, located in Biberach an der Riß, involves operating and maintaining sterile and cell culture equipment on an industrial scale within a renowned pharmaceutical research company. The Bio Operator will independently manage bioreactors, including filter installation, cell transfers, process monitoring, and media transfers, strictly adhering to product quality criteria and EHS guidelines. A core responsibility is the execution of various filtrations and the manufacturing of biopharmaceutical active ingredients under cGMP regulations, requiring meticulous GMP-compliant documentation. Ideal candidates possess a background as a Bio Specialist, Production Specialist for Biotechnology/Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technician, or similar technical qualification, preferably with multi-year experience in a GMP environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude for hygienic work, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
