Job Summary

As a Client Solution Engineer in Düsseldorf, you will be instrumental in resolving complex IT challenges and contributing to the planning, integration, and maintenance of critical infrastructure services, systems, and endpoints. Day-to-day, you'll tackle application, hardware, and software incidents, create Standard Operating Procedures, and optimize support processes. A key part of the role involves designing, operating, and maintaining IT infrastructure, monitoring service performance, and executing backup and recovery tests. The ideal candidate will have a background as an IT specialist or equivalent, with significant experience in operating systems, endpoint technologies, and a solid grasp of ITIL and Microsoft 365. Practical experience with cloud services, IT infrastructure, and support is essential, alongside knowledge of IT security standards and networking.
