Day-to-day tasks include selecting and evaluating new AI technologies, designing comprehensive functional and content utilization concepts, and developing user guidance, onboarding, and learning strategies. The specialist will also manage pilot projects, oversee rollouts, and analyze usage data to drive optimization. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Informatics, Health Management, or a related field, and brings experience with digital products, AI applications, or user enablement.
