Job Summary

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building, scaling, and leading the health insurance offering across a fast-growing scale-up group that supports internationals moving to Germany. The Head of Health Insurance will own the end-to-end sales strategy for products like public (GKV) and private (PKV) health insurance, driving sustainable revenue growth across all distribution channels. Day-to-day activities include defining and executing the overarching strategy, managing key partnerships, overseeing revenue forecasting and performance tracking, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, particularly concerning insurance distribution regulations (§34d GewO). The ideal candidate brings extensive insurance experience, proven leadership in scaling high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of the German insurance landscape, offering an opportunity for significant influence within an international, tech-driven environment.
