This Senior Cybersecurity Support Engineer role involves taking technical responsibility for security support within the mosaic portfolio, focusing on ensuring stability, quality, and transparency in operations. Day-to-day tasks include resolving complex incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and actively shaping security services. The engineer will handle complex 2nd Level security tickets, perform log and event analysis, and manage policy adjustments, VPN, remote access, and patching topics. Key qualifications include several years of experience in 2nd Level support, excellent knowledge of Firewall, Endpoint, and Email Security solutions, and strong networking skills (TCP/IP, Routing, VPN). The position requires fluency in German and proficiency in English, along with experience troubleshooting and operating technologies like WatchGuard Firewalls, NoSpamProxy, ESET Endpoint Security, and Deskcenter Suite.
