Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Development Engineer to act as a System Engineering Team Lead, focusing on E/E control units for interior functions such as seats, steering wheel, and comfort systems. You will actively shape the future of these functions while developing personally in agile methodologies within a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of modular control units, from tendering and supplier selection through development and final approval. Day-to-day tasks involve functionally designing and partitioning hardware and software components, and closely collaborating with the module manager to ensure targets regarding cost, quality, and schedule are met. Success requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, profound professional experience in hardware and software development for electronic control units, and expertise in E/E processes, project management, and bus systems like CAN and LIN. Fluent German and English are essential for international collaboration.

Required Skills

Education

University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or comparable qualification.

Experience
