Job Summary

This role involves the planning, development, and optimization of PLC programs, primarily using systems like Siemens S7/TIA Portal, for complex industrial X-ray inspection systems. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, integrating industrial networks (e.g., OPC-UA, Profinet, Profisafe), and participating in the continuous refinement of automation concepts. A key aspect of the job is conducting commissioning both in-house and at international customer sites, providing training to operators, and supporting production start-up. Candidates must have a background in electrical or automation engineering, solid professional experience in PLC programming, and be prepared for international travel.
