Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and service-oriented IT System Administrator to manage the in-house IT infrastructure across two company locations. The core responsibilities include providing First- and Second-Level IT support, resolving user issues, and ensuring the continuous administration and development of the entire IT landscape. Key technical areas involve network administration using HPE Aruba Switches, managing virtualization environments via Proxmox Cluster, and handling Cloud and Identity Management within Microsoft Entra ID and M365. The administrator will actively contribute to IT projects, system rollouts, and the enhancement of organizational IT security measures. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, practical experience in infrastructure administration, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to actively shape modern IT solutions within a dedicated, small team.
