Job Summary

This full-time Business Development Manager role focuses on driving growth strategies for the Excipients product area within a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will leverage existing market knowledge, established customer bases, and manufacturer contacts to develop and implement effective growth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a crucial interface between product management, purchasing, sales, and marketing, coordinating projects, and providing specialized support to the field sales team during customer visits and product training. The role requires a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology), experience in sales or product management (preferably with excipients), and strong communication and negotiation skills. The position involves significant travel (up to 50%), primarily within Germany and occasionally across Europe, and requires proficiency in both German and English.
