Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Software Test Engineer to join an agile development team focused on building and maintaining Homepage applications within a major German banking sector IT provider. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and functionality of an advanced Omnichannel platform serving over 30 million customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, preparation, and execution of functional and qualitative tests across all testing levels, with a strong focus on expanding and improving the existing portfolio of automated test cases. Candidates must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification, practical experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, and a solid technical understanding of modern application systems and test infrastructures. Expertise in test automation frameworks and strong communication skills in both German (Fluent/C1) and English (Intermediate/B2) are essential for success in this cross-functional, mission-critical environment.
