Job Summary

This role requires an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and advance the company's complex network and server landscapes. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and development of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls), operation and maintenance of physical and virtual servers (VMware, Proxmox), and managing Microsoft and Linux server environments. A crucial aspect involves implementing and documenting IT security and backup concepts, overseeing central certificate management, and supporting the technical integration of new subsidiaries. The specialist will also assist in implementing modern cloud and hybrid solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and SAP BTP. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in complex industrial IT environments, a relevant degree or training, and strong technical knowledge in networking and virtualization.
