This is an exciting 12-month fixed-term project opportunity for an IT Field Service Technician to join the IT Operations Team in Oberhausen. The role is perfect for professionals immediately available to apply their practical experience in onsite support, hardware rollouts, and field service across various locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining diverse IT equipment, analyzing support requests, and providing rapid, practical solutions. You will be the primary onsite support for end-users, manage ticket escalation, and execute hardware rollouts directly at customer sites. The position requires a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong practical experience in hardware rollouts and ticket processing, and excellent communication skills in German, offering a dynamic environment within an international technology and IT services group.
