Job Summary

This role requires an engaged and dedicated leader to manage a team of foremen and production staff within a shift operation focused on drive systems manufacturing. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for setting team goals, managing personnel deployment, and overseeing the entire production process, including vacation planning, workflow organization, and troubleshooting. A critical component of the job involves ensuring quality assurance, occupational safety, and environmental protection standards are strictly maintained. The supervisor will also manage interfaces with supporting departments (QA, Technology, Laboratory), ensure accurate production reporting, conduct training, and perform minor repairs and setup activities. This position demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic SAP knowledge, excellent German and English skills, and a willingness to work in partial or fully continuous shift operations, making it ideal for an experienced leader with a background in chemical or technical industrial mastery.
