Job Summary

This role involves taking overall responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all building services systems (including HVAC, electrical, safety, and fire protection) within the ZAG Arena, a major event venue in Hannover. The Technical Project Manager will ensure technical operational and event safety by adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include planning and executing renovation and investment projects, managing budgets, and overseeing maintenance schedules. The successful candidate will lead the technical team, coordinate external service providers and engineering firms, and act as the primary technical contact for authorities and insurers.
