Job Summary

This role involves administering and maintaining the core IT security infrastructure for a leading European recycling paper company committed to sustainability. The IT Security Administrator will be responsible for the daily operation of critical security solutions, including Firewalls, MobileVPN, Email Security, and Endpoint Protection. Key duties include comprehensive network management—covering LAN, WAN, WLAN, and segmentation—as well as executing security updates, analyzing incidents, and managing vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational qualification in IT/Informatics and possesses strong professional experience in administering diverse security systems, network management fundamentals (Switching, Routing, VLAN), and familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMWare/HyperV) and both Microsoft and Linux server environments, including Microsoft Cloud solutions like Entra ID.
