Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional focused on providing high-quality first-level support, particularly for VIP and event management environments. The core responsibilities include receiving and documenting hardware, video conferencing, and fingerprint scanner malfunction reports via telephone, classifying and prioritizing these incidents within a ticketing system, and determining the appropriate course of action. You will utilize provided tools and solution databases to attempt initial resolutions and offer independent solutions. Unresolved issues must be properly qualified and escalated to the next support level. The position requires a background in IT system integration or electronics, strong hardware expertise, and excellent troubleshooting skills, coupled with a structured, customer-oriented approach, even under pressure.
