Job Summary

This role involves hands-on work in the construction and assembly of control cabinets for BWC Lindau, a family-owned company located in the attractive Lake Constance region. The professional will be responsible for the complete assembly and wiring of control panels, including the mounting of components onto backplates and cabinets. Key daily tasks include independent wiring of switchgear systems, performing thorough quality and functional testing, and occasionally assisting with on-site commissioning at customer locations. Candidates must possess a formal qualification as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Mechatronics Technician, demonstrate reliability and teamwork, and ideally have prior experience in control cabinet construction. This full-time position offers a permanent contract, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment with short decision-making paths.
