Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Industrial Master or Technician to lead the setup and ramp-up of the Milling and Mixing production facility at the new artillery rocket plant in Unterlüß. The role involves building and leading the manufacturing team, including personnel selection, onboarding, and deployment planning within a shift system. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with work preparation and production planning, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in chemical or process engineering, proven leadership skills, and experience in grinding/classifying solids and batch production. This role requires a high degree of technical understanding, quality consciousness, and a willingness to operate in a shift system mid-term, offering a chance to significantly contribute to a major defense initiative.
