The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for independently managing the monthly payroll for both textile collective agreements and non-collective contracts. This role is critical for maintaining accurate employee data, including time management, contract setup, tracking absences and allowances, and controlling hourly balances. A significant part of the job involves validating salary components, such as monetary benefits, company cars, and taxable benefits, and handling special personnel cases like parental leave, partial retirement, and company pensions. The specialist will also serve as a prospective Key User for the P&I LOGA3 system, driving process optimization and digitalization within HR and Payroll to enhance efficiency and transparency.
