Job Summary
This role places you within the Berlin State Chancellery, supporting the Governing Mayor of Berlin in the HR Development Team. You will function as an Administrative Specialist, primarily focusing on managing and executing recruiting processes for Departments V and VI. Day-to-day tasks involve personnel administration, managing recruitment campaigns, and supporting broader HR development initiatives within the public sector framework. The position is full-time (39.4 hours/week) and is initially temporary, covering maternity and parental leave until approximately May 2027. Key qualifications include a relevant Bachelor's degree (Administration, Political Science, Law, or Economics) or completion of Administrative Course II.
