Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Production Specialist focused on chip processing within a modern, future-proof chemical company located in Burghausen. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the manual processing and crushing of silicon rods according to specifications, operating and monitoring complex production plants, and ensuring the accurate filling of equipment. A critical component of the job is maintaining stringent quality control through visual inspections, weighing, and assessing poly rods, alongside preparing and packaging samples for quality analysis. You will also be responsible for material transport and strictly adhering to all safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training (technical or chemical preferred) and is prepared for a demanding 5-shift operation schedule. This position offers long-term security with an unlimited contract, above-average pay, and the potential for direct takeover by the client.
