Job Summary

This is a pivotal role for an experienced Operations or Plant Controller to actively manage and develop the production controlling function, serving as a critical sparring partner for the management team at the Feldbach plant. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive financial analysis, variance management, preparing monthly results and KPIs, and actively participating in the annual forecasting and budgeting cycles. A core focus is evaluating CAPEX projects through detailed profitability analyses and driving local initiatives for efficiency gains and cost optimization. The ideal candidate must possess a commercial or economic degree, at least four years of relevant controlling experience, excellent Excel and ERP system knowledge, and a strong hands-on mentality focused on actionable results. This position offers an opportunity to shape a newly created role within an international company, requiring fluent German and intermediate English skills and the ability to collaborate closely with both plant and finance teams.
