Job Summary

This role involves managing a comprehensive IT landscape, encompassing both on-premise services and cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Office 365 and Azure environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently evaluating, testing, and integrating new software solutions through self-managed projects. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring, diagnosing, and troubleshooting the central infrastructure, providing 2nd-level support, and integrating new devices into the Operational Technology (OT) environment. Key qualifications include a completed higher IT education or substantial practical experience in IT infrastructure or system administration, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this versatile and challenging infrastructure role.
