Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Vienna involves maintaining and ensuring the operational readiness of critical industrial infrastructure, primarily focusing on electrical and refrigeration systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include managing the combined heat and power plant (CHP), coordinating external service providers, and performing maintenance and troubleshooting on refrigeration units, emergency lighting, and UPS systems. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical apprenticeship (Electrician, Refrigeration Technician, or equivalent) and possesses practical experience in electrical installation and refrigeration technology, preferably in an industrial setting. Success in this role requires a proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach, along with flexibility for shift, night, and on-call duties. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP PM, alongside adequate German and written/spoken English skills, are essential for effective documentation and communication.
