Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electronics Production Technician to take full responsibility for the operation and setup of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) placement line. Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring the line is fully tooled and operational, utilizing Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems for quality control, and performing necessary technical troubleshooting and simple machine maintenance. A critical component of the role is executing detailed rework, including expert manual resoldering of components. The ideal candidate must bring several years of professional experience specifically within the electronics sector and SMT manufacturing environments, alongside proven, very good manual soldering expertise. This is a permanent, full-time position offering stable employment and flexible working hours in Vienna, focusing on hands-on production and quality assurance within modern electronics manufacturing.
