This role involves the autonomous management and coordination of electrical engineering contractors within challenging medium to large-scale construction projects, primarily in the Vienna area. The professional will be responsible for ensuring quality, adherence to schedules, cost control, and managing invoicing, including supplements and measurements. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for planners and clients regarding practical electrical execution, reviewing external plans, and contributing to the development of innovative energy and optimization concepts, especially concerning alternative energy supply within the building services (TGA) department. The ideal candidate requires a technical degree in electrical engineering and significant experience in site management and construction supervision, coupled with strong communication skills and a proactive, structured approach to work.
