Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of production systems, specifically focusing on Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing lines and other assembly production equipment like soldering systems. The Electronics Technician will perform preventative maintenance, sustainably optimize processes and machinery, and continuously improve overall production workflows. A key responsibility includes the programming and parameterization of production equipment, such as placement programs, laser marking, printing parameters, and soldering profiles. The position also requires training production staff and operators to ensure high precision in their tasks. Candidates should possess a completed apprenticeship in Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical education (HTL), combined with several years of relevant professional experience. The ideal candidate is a team player, capable of independent work with decision-making freedom, and possesses good PC and fluent German skills.
