Job Summary

This crucial role involves independently performing maintenance and repair tasks on modern production facilities to ensure optimal operational status and seamless production flow for Bien-Zenker GmbH, a leading German prefabricated housing manufacturer. Day-to-day responsibilities include quickly troubleshooting and restoring operations following disruptions, executing scheduled maintenance and repair orders in a timely and cost-conscious manner, and meticulously documenting all work performed. The Maintenance Electrician will also actively participate in the improvement and optimization of plant systems and processes. Ideal candidates must be qualified as an Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, possess professional experience in plant maintenance and repair, and be proficient in technical analysis and reading complex schematics, including electrical, pneumatic, and PLC diagrams. This position requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and a willingness to work shifts.
