Job Summary

This role seeks a Specialist to develop and implement the planning competence training program for aspiring Expert Certifiers within DB InfraGO AG, focusing on critical rail infrastructure projects. The core responsibility involves mentoring candidates, imparting essential technical and regulatory knowledge required for planning execution documents within specific equipment technology trades. You will be instrumental in building and continuously developing the comprehensive training model, spanning all competence levels up to expert status. Furthermore, the specialist will conceptualize and manage the implementation of necessary planning tools, covering procurement, training, and operational support. Collaboration with the technical inspection department to establish and maintain a trade-specific knowledge database is also key. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, coupled with extensive background in planning and realizing rail infrastructure equipment projects. Experience in quality inspection or planning review is highly advantageous, alongside a passion for knowledge transfer and a proactive, results-oriented approach to complex problem-solving.
