Job Summary

This role is with a leading European software provider, based in Nuremberg, specializing in innovative solutions for business process digitalization. The Customer Service Consultant will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries related to onboarding and application usage within the economic consulting and business advisory domain. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance, creating self-help media such as documentation and service videos, and actively participating in the design and optimization of service processes. The consultant will also contribute to product testing and stabilization phases. Success requires a strong background in commercial practices, specific knowledge of accounting or tax, previous customer service experience, high customer orientation, and strong IT competence to resolve both functional and technical customer queries effectively. The position offers hybrid work flexibility and intensive onboarding.
