Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Technician for one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting major corporations. The primary focus is on hands-on hardware administration and user support. Day-to-day tasks include receiving old IT equipment, such as notebooks and PCs, directly from users, and subsequently issuing and handing over new replacement devices to the end-users. A critical component of the job is the precise documentation of all device handovers according to established guidelines, alongside providing general support for daily IT inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a completed qualification as an Information Technology Assistant or equivalent, or demonstrate initial professional experience in hardware administration. Essential soft skills include high reliability, strong service orientation, and a structured, independent working method.
