This role places you at the forefront of customer interaction, serving as the primary contact for clients seeking technical assistance. Following comprehensive training, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless remote support, actively contributing to high customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as the first point of contact for technical issues, performing remote troubleshooting and analysis, and documenting error situations for rapid resolution. A key function is the accurate classification and documentation of tickets within the system to support downstream service teams. Ideal candidates possess an IT-related qualification or comparable professional experience, practical knowledge of ticketing systems, and a strong service-oriented approach, particularly enjoying telephone customer contact.
