Job Summary
This role involves serving as a specialized technical trainer responsible for educating apprentices in the fundamentals and specialized knowledge required for the 'Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology' profession. Day-to-day activities include preparing, planning, and executing the electrical engineering training curriculum according to current training plans, providing hands-on instruction, and utilizing technical expertise to help learners successfully pass their exams. The trainer will individually mentor apprentices, fostering their professional and personal development, and collaborate closely with specialist departments, vocational schools, and the Chamber of Crafts to ensure high-quality education. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering, preferably a Master Craftsman certification or state-certified Electrical Engineer, along with professional experience in energy and building technology to effectively convey practical content.

- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
