Job Summary

This role is for an experienced specialist planner focusing on Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/TGA) systems within industrial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning of technical building equipment, specifically focusing on heating and cooling systems. Day-to-day tasks include developing and creating planning documents in accordance with HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), providing technical support across all project phases (1-9), and implementing designs using CAD and BIM models. Key requirements include professional planning experience, a completed education as a Technical System Planner specializing in HVAC, and strong proficiency in CAD/BIM applications.
