Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Tax Structuring Specialist, providing comprehensive and forward-looking advice to medium-sized companies and corporate groups on complex tax matters, ranging from group tax law to international tax law. The specialist will develop technically sound and economically effective solutions, support clients during tax audits, and proactively identify opportunities for sustainable tax structuring. Key requirements include possessing fundamental expertise in corporate and international tax law, holding qualifications as an Attorney at Law and/or Certified Tax Advisor, and demonstrating strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
