Job Summary

This Senior BI Manager role involves leading end-to-end analytics projects, primarily within the E-commerce sector, translating complex business questions into actionable insights across paid marketing, CRM, and product domains. Key responsibilities include data extraction, consolidation, and modeling from ERP systems and the Data Warehouse using SQL, and creating automated data feeds for marketing platforms like Emarsys. The manager will develop and analyze customer segments to enhance personalization, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), while overseeing and continuously improving BI and web analytics systems (e.g., Looker, Power BI, GA4), ensuring data quality, and supporting tracking system implementation (GTM, Firebase, Adjust). The ideal candidate possesses strong quantitative skills, deep knowledge of SQL and Python, and significant experience managing customer and marketing data, preferably in E-commerce or retail, driven by a commitment to fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Experience
