Job Summary

This role involves supporting a high-tech partner in the defense industry, focusing on security-critical software, middleware, and communication systems in the greater Munich area. The IT System Integrator will be responsible for implementing and managing system integration projects within demanding technical environments. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring communication, radio, and network components such as routers, firewalls, and servers, as well as optimizing system configurations, firmware, and operating systems, including patch management. The position requires conducting functional and integration tests, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and user instructions. Key requirements include a technical degree or education in IT or electrical engineering, strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, experience with complex IP networks, and familiarity with wireless communication systems. This role demands a high level of travel (100% Monday to Friday) within Central Germany.
