Job Summary

This Senior IT Workplace Manager role involves designing and continuously optimizing modern IT workplace solutions to ensure a smooth and productive daily work environment across multiple international locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of all IT assets, managing partnerships with hardware suppliers and external service providers, and closely coordinating with HR on efficient onboarding, offboarding, and role change processes. A key focus will be on managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 environment, including efficient license utilization, and implementing critical security measures like Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access rules. This role requires deep expertise in Workplace IT, acting as an escalation point, and developing company-wide policies for the digital workplace, demanding a proactive approach to scalable and automated solutions.
