Job Summary

This leadership role involves establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO), specifically focusing on the energy trading sector. The Head of PMO will be responsible for overseeing the project controlling of IT and application development initiatives, establishing a standardized Project Governance Framework, and implementing a robust KPI-based reporting system for effective project steering. Key responsibilities include managing project and resource planning, coordinating with Nearshore teams, and ensuring the quality of project reports, dashboards, and forecasts. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Energy Economics, coupled with significant experience in PMO or project management, particularly within energy trading or IT projects. Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI, Jira, and Confluence is essential, alongside strong analytical and structural competencies.
