Job Summary

This role seeks a strategic and experienced Head of Quality Control to lead and continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS) within the Process Technology division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strict product conformity with both legal requirements and specific customer standards. Key daily tasks include preparing and executing ISO 9001 audits, conducting thorough root cause analyses for quality deviations, and implementing effective corrective actions. Furthermore, this position requires strong leadership skills to manage, mentor, and coach the existing quality team. Candidates must possess a completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Technology, coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a quality-responsible capacity, demonstrating profound knowledge of core quality tools such as ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
