Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Engineer to elevate technology solutions by providing expert customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the analysis and resolution of complex technical faults, both remotely and directly on-site at customer locations. You will collaborate closely with Development and Quality Management teams to ensure robust error identification and resolution. A key part of the job is handling technically challenging support cases escalated from 1st-level support, creating detailed maintenance and repair documentation, and independently executing service assignments to guarantee system functionality. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and possesses fundamental knowledge of network technology, computer systems, industrial measurement technology, and bus systems. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for effective communication in this demanding support environment.

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience with industrial measurement technology and bus systems
