Job Summary

This role involves taking project responsibility for the validation and qualification of power electronic modules and systems within the automotive sector. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirement specifications and legal regulations, coordinating with customers, and meticulously planning project costs, timelines, and validation strategies. The Test Manager will track project progress, coordinate testing with internal departments and external service providers, and be responsible for creating, finalizing, and archiving test reports to secure internal and external approvals. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possess mandatory professional experience as a Test Engineer or Test Manager in the automotive industry, and have strong knowledge of testing procedures for power electronic systems, including both software and hardware tests. This challenging role requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel internationally.
